Corrections, source suggestions and questions about how the site works are all welcome. We cannot answer medical questions about your own hair.

Facts checked 22 September 2026

The best way to reach us is by email at [email protected]. We read everything, and corrections go to the front of the queue.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. If a fact on the site is wrong, out of date or not supported by its source, tell us which page and which sentence, and link the source if you have one.
  • Sources. If you know of a label, guideline or peer-reviewed study we should read, send it.
  • How the site works. Questions about our sources, our affiliate links or our privacy practices are all fair.

What we cannot help with

We cannot tell you whether your hairline is receding, what is causing your hair loss, or which treatment or procedure to choose. Nobody at Templeline is a clinician, and a reply from us would be a guess dressed up as advice. For those questions, please see a GP or a dermatologist, who can examine your scalp and take your history.

If you have a sudden change, pain, redness or patchy hair loss, do not wait for an email: book an appointment with a doctor.

Clinics, brands and agencies

We do not accept payment for coverage, sell placements, review clinics or publish sponsored posts, so there is no need to pitch those. If a brand believes a fact about it on this site is inaccurate, send the correction and its source, and we will check it like any other.
